Single-Serve Vegan Chocolate Cake

380

Name a healthy, chocolatey dessert. I’ll go first: Vegan Chocolate Cake. Did I mention it’s single-serve? Could it be any better??

Yup. It’s also made with vegan protein powder! If you’re like me, a sweet after savory is always a must. So having an easy to make, single-serve, nutrient rich chocolate dessert on hand is also always a must.

Vegan Protein Powder

Plant Fusion was the first plant protein powder I tried when I went plant-based. To this day, it is my plant protein powder of choice. It’s rich flavor and non-gritty consistency adds an amazing flavor and dimension to my recipes.

For this recipe I used the Complete Lean Chocolate Brownie flavor. The Complete Lean line is a fusion of plant-based whole food nutrients in a delicious vegan protein shake that curbs hunger and supports weight loss. I am not focused on weight loss, but I am focused on filling myself up on the right things so I don’t have cravings and over-indulge on the wrong things.

I have also used the Inspire for Women Rich Chocolate flavor which is designed for active women with unique ingredients to support hormonal balance, energy and metabolism.

Plant fusion has so many different plant proteins let alone products that are designed to best suit everyone’s needs while remaining consistent in nutrients and flavor. Head over to their website and…
