Single-Serve Vegan Chocolate Cake

Craving a dessert but only want one serving? I got you. 7 ingredients and 10 minutes are all you need to make this vegan chocolate cake.

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp Oat Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Protein Powder (I used chocolate - see notes below!)
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar (I used coconut sugar)
  • 2 tsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Plant Milk
  • Vegan Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Add all of the dry ingredients to a small bowl or mug. Mix together.
  • Add in the plant milk to make a batter. Then fold in the chocolate chips. Up to you how chocolatey!
  • Pop in the microwave and cook for ~90 seconds. Once the batter has solidified and risen you're ready to go! It may take 2 minutes in less powerful microwaves.

Notes

Protein Powder - Plant Fusion: For this recipe I used the Complete Lean Chocolate Brownie flavor. Any chocolate flavor will do though!
