3TbspOat Flour
2TbspProtein Powder(I used chocolate - see notes below!)
1TbspSugar(I used coconut sugar)
2tspCocoa Powder
1tspBaking Powder
1/4CupPlant Milk
Vegan Chocolate Chips
Instructions
Add all of the dry ingredients to a small bowl or mug. Mix together.
Add in the plant milk to make a batter. Then fold in the chocolate chips. Up to you how chocolatey!
Pop in the microwave and cook for ~90 seconds. Once the batter has solidified and risen you're ready to go! It may take 2 minutes in less powerful microwaves.
