1/4CupNut/Seed Butter(I used pumpkin seed butter! See notes below)
1/4CupPumpkin Puree(this is different than pumpkin pie filling!)
1/3CupAgave
1tspVanilla
2tspPumpkin Pie Seasoning
Dry Ingredients
1Cup Oats(whole rolled oats)
1CupVegan Protein Powder(I used Plantfusion Complete Protein - Plain)
1/4CupPumpkin Seeds
1/4Cup Hemp Hearts
Other
1/2CupChocolate Chips(I used enjoy life)
Sea Salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large bowl add all of your wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
In a smaller bowl add all of your dry ingredients and miss until combined. Then add your dry ingredients to your wet ingredients and mix until everything is combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Line 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper and add batter - pressing into edges of pan until smooth.
Bake for 20 minutes until chocolate starts to melt.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle sea salt on top while still hot. Let sit for ~10 mins to cool.
Notes
Feel free to use whatever nut/seed butter you have or prefer. I had some Pumpkin seed butter and really wanted to amplify the pumpkin flavor!
