Seasame Ginger Dressing:

Asian Chopped Salad:
Spinach
(chopped)
Bok Choy
(chopped)
Cabbage
(red or green; chopped)
Edamame
Cashews
Asian Pear
(diced)
Carrots
(shredded)
Scallions
(sliced)
Instructions
Sesame Ginger Dressing:
Mix all of the ingredients together and whisk together.
Asian Chopped Salad:
First chop your spinach, bok choy & cabbage. Then, prep the asian pear, carrots and scallions.
Add the greens & cabbage, and top with all the other ingredients. Finish with the dressing and toss together!
