I seek to serve my community through my own journey of exploring a necessary balance of strength and ease. My vinyasa style classes are breath-based, powerful and rooted in the synergy between the physical, mental and emotional self.
I am RYT-200 and received my teaching certification through Down Under School of Yoga in Brookline, MA.
Yoga is a practice, not a performance, designed to create an understanding of one’s true, authentic self. I may be your guide, but you are your own teacher. I invite you to dive deep into your own exploration and create a practice that supports healing, growth and unity.
I offer space through group classes, private sessions, as well as inspiration & tips for your practice and general wellness through a blog that follows my own journey.
