Fall
Fall is my favorite time of year – because of both the scenery and the fresh produce. As the leaves transform into vivid amber tones, the wide variety of autumn squash and other grounding vegetables transform my taste buds and overall outlook on life. Fall is a time of change, and new beginnings – especially in my kitchen while cooking and baking. There are so many distinct smells and flavors that I reserve for this special time of year!
September
Summer let’s us easily flow with water’s wave, but as soon as Labor Day rolls around, we’re pulled out of autopilot and back into action. New schedules, new routines, new, new, new. That being said, this is often an easy time of year to find a more substantial routine of eating clean.

Fall Recipe Round-ups!
As much as I make on my own, I’m also here to share the plant-based love! The vegan and plant-based community supports me so in turn – I support them. Finding recipes is almost just as challenging as making the recipe so my hope is this helps you organize and prepare your meals while keeping seasonal in mind. I try my best to craft and create food based on what seasonal fruits and veggies are in stock each month!
