Thank goodness for Millennials who skyrocketed the now global phenomenon: Avocado Toast. 

In addition, thank goodness for Millennials who are still pushing, but now pushing the envelope and putting their creativity to the test.

It never gets old, it actually only gets better. Here is my latest creation:

Crispy Chili & Garlic Avocado Toast

Prep Time 15 minutes
Total Time 15 minutes

Equipment

  • Toaster

Ingredients

  • Sourdough (toasted)
  • Avocado (sliced or mashed!)
  • Radishes (sliced)
  • Scallions (sliced)
  • Chili Oil & Garlic Crisp (see notes below for my favorite!)

Instructions

  • Toast your bread first and then layer on the avocado. Top with radishes, scallions and chili oil!

Notes

HERE is my favorite Chili Oil!
