Roasted Lemony Garlic Asparagus

Lemon & garlic all over…

Cook Time 25 minutes
Total Time 35 minutes

Equipment

  • Stove

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Asparagus
  • EVOO
  • Garlic Powder
  • 1 Lemon (1/2 juiced, 1/2 sliced)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  • Snap the asparagus ends off, then lay the asparagus on a baking sheet. Drizzle enough EVOO to coat, sprinkle garlic powder and a squeeze of lemon juice all over.
  • Roll them with your hands so everything is mixed. Spread the few slices of lemon and pop in the oven for 15-20ish minutes, until wrinkly.
