March Recipe Round-up

501

I’m not sure I’ve ever enjoyed Spring cooking as much as I did this past March. Although some other areas of my life made me pull away from my kitchen a bit, I still feel my best after fueling my body with plants. The produce section is livening up and in return, so is my mood. Ever heard of someone stress eating a salad? Well now you have!

This time of year reminds me of patience. Change is a process and requires time to evolve. The colors that are slowly emerging on these days of promise create a new spectrum of nutritional potential.

Here are all the GREEN goodies I made this past March! Many of which can be enjoyed for the rest of Spring. Also check out my Spring seasonal produce page to see exactly what’s in season and when for the next two months!
