White Balsamic Strawberry Vinaigrette with Black Seed Oil
Much like a Spring coat, this vinaigrette is lightweight & vibrant – ready to layer on top of almost any Spring salad!
Ingredients
- 6-8 Strawberries (pureed)
- 1/4 Cup Grapeseed Oil
- 2 tsp Black Seed Oil (linked below!)
- 3 Tbsp White Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tsp Agave (or Maple Syrup if you don't have any!)
Instructions
- First pureé the strawberries until completely smooth. You can mash in a bowl but if you have blender, it will go much smoother!
- Add pureé to a bowl and add remaining ingredients. Give it a good whisk until the oil is mixed in.
