This Minty Lime Vinaigrette adds a crisp breath of fresh air to any Spring salad!

Equipment

  • Mortar & Pestle

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ – 2 Limes
  • 1/4 – 1/3 Cup Mint (fresh)
  • 1/2 Cup Avocado Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Black Seed Oil (linked below!)
  • 1 Tbsp Agave (or Maple Syrup!)

Instructions

  • First muddle the mint with 1/2 juiced lime until a paste forms.
  • Then, add the remaining ingredients and whisk to combine!
