Roasted Lemony Garlic Asparagus
Lemon & garlic all over…
Equipment
- Stove
Ingredients
- 1 bunch Asparagus
- EVOO
- Garlic Powder
- 1 Lemon (1/2 juiced, 1/2 sliced)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- Snap the asparagus ends off, then lay the asparagus on a baking sheet. Drizzle enough EVOO to coat, sprinkle garlic powder and a squeeze of lemon juice all over.
- Roll them with your hands so everything is mixed. Spread the few slices of lemon and pop in the oven for 15-20ish minutes, until wrinkly.
